I almost left a glowing review, but the noise from the restaurant below was unbearable, especially at dawn. Our bathroom leaked so profusely that conservation efforts seemed like a joke. Do I need to ask for a welcome gift for staying here? It feels like I'm just an inconvenience rather than a guest.

The property's location was great and awesome, in city centre. The room we had was clean, and complete with Wi-Fi, beautiful view, for example.

Good choice for exploring Bursa. Exceptionally helpful and respectful staff with good manners. Best possible location with free parking nearby. A wide range of tourist attractions close to the hotel, like a castle and a mosque.

The washroom in our Family Suite had a persistent foul smell that overshadowed our entire stay. Despite mentioning it to the staff, there was no improvement was great. Navigating the tight parking area was a hassle.

The staff were quite nice and tried to help although they didn't spoke much of English.
A bit basic and the lack of proper English speaking staff

The terris at the top has a wonderfull view of the mountains and the city.
The staff is very rude and mostly not available. Specially the night shift workers are worse to deal with.
